Julie is a self taught chef, and dreamed of owning her own restaurant.  She started in the business 34 years ago as a server.  Julie has gained valuable experience along the way, working at many fine restaurants.   She brought with her the experience necessary to build a restaurant from the ground up (no easy feat).
