We roast small batches of specialty coffee from around the world. We sell retail at Studio 56 and the farmers market, or contact us to pick some up!
Our roasting shop is open to the public during our regular roasting hours to allow for purchases of freshly roasted coffee beans, quality brewing equipment, and to enjoy the experience of the art of coffee roasting.

The cafe is inspired by a continued journey to offer the best coffee experience possible to our customers. The owners and baristas pride themselves (and enjoy!) studying the latest coffee brewing techniques used by top baristas around the world. Serving fresh specialty beans roasted on-site and providing transparency on bean origins and processing.

In addition to our love of coffee, our cafe is proud to maintain a low environmental footprint. We use all compostable to-go containers, compost everything that we can from our cafe operations at a nearby public composting setup, recycle when necessary and always aim for zero garbage. The cafe is also proud to have purchased a large majority of its furnishings in used condition and continues to seek ways in which it can have a lower environmental footprint while still maintaining a quality service.
