Alopex Couriers was founded by Shawn and Sherill Bateham, November 1st 2011 as a contract courier company. The name Alopex comes from Alopex Lagopus also known as Arctic fox, or White fox. We started with three vans and a contract with Canada Post in Powell River. Since then we have had additional contracts with Canada Post, UPS and contracts with other companies as well.
We started delivering UPS parcels in Powell River (Lund – Saltery Bay) and Castlegar in June 2018.
