Employment Services
Model Community Project has provided Employment Services for Federal and Provincial agencies and foundations. Our certified Vocational Coach and Job Developers assist people with disabilities one-on-one to explore their skills, strengths and employment options, through formal and informal assessments, workshops, and disability supports that may be required. As well, skills gaps may be addressed through training, certificate programs or work experience.
The goal of the program is to provide employment opportunities both volunteer and paid, and achieve greater independence.
