Kitty Clemens is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, board certified in Practical Holistic Nutrition. She studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), graduated with Distinguished Merit, and is a member in good standing with CAHN-Pro. She is also a Certified Professional Cancer Coach and received that designation by studying with the NAPCC, the National Association of Professional Cancer Coaches)
Kitty started Pro-Active Nutrition in 2008 and absolutely loves helping people find wellness as a Nutritional Consultant and Wellness Coach.
Kitty teaches the importance of healthy nutrition as the basis of physical health and wellness.
Kitty offers workshops on various subjects including reading nutritional labels, healthy snacks, brain foods in the workplace, preparing healthy foods for one, Lacto-Fermentation.
