Jack van Zwietering has been building homes for over twenty years. In the late 80s he began his own construction business specializing in new homes, and as demand grew, he soon expanded to offer additions and renovations as well. With a crew of two to four behind him, he's been a solid presence on the Powell River building scene.

When you contact Jack, he'll give you a realistic cost to consider as a first step. He'll create the design of the project, then get the trades involved in order to present you with the actual budget.

From design to completion, covering every detail including the paperwork, Jack van Zwietering works on your project from Start to Finish. Jack is a registered builder with the Homeowner Protection Office.
