Oceanview Helicopters (OVHL) is a Canadian helicopter company based in Powell River, British Columbia, Canada that began operations in 1994. We now operate a fleet of helicopters working with clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, and also operate as a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO).
Owned and operated by James Mode (President) and Bill Chernoff (Director of Maintenance) who are both actively involved in the flying and maintaining of Oceanview’s fleet of aircraft.

Maintenance
Oceanview Helicopters is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO), capable of providing maintenance for the following aircraft: MD 520N, Bell 206 series, and MD 500 series.
