    I’m your go-to, no-B.S. vegan fitness coach, author, and podcast host. I’ve been vegan since 2003 and vegetarian since 1998. My award-winning online programs offer vegan fitness and nutrition coaching to clients around the world (but I get to meet my Powell River clients in person!)

    I’m the author of two books, a writer for several magazines, and host of the No-Bullsh!t Vegan podcast. I hold a Master’s degree in Gerontology, specializing in health and aging.

    When I’m not working with my clients, writing, or weight lifting, you'll find me playing accordion and didgeridoo; hanging out with my two cats; or sneaking spinach into my husband's smoothies.
