    Dissolve Therapy is an ancient method applied in a new way.
    The daoists and buddhists have long known about ways of healing the body, mind and heart.
    In order to live a good, healthy life and also for a healthy enough body to endure the rigours of
    traditional Gong Fu or Meditation training.

    Dissolve comes from the foundational methods of these lineages, by way of the original training methods within the
    internal martial art of Taijiquan and Daoist and Buddhist body work, mental cultivation and meditation practice.

    By finding deep release within the body, we aid the create a spacious and stable mind, and a calm, cool heart among the stress of everday life and beyond.
    We use bodywork and the simple yet profound methods of taiji/qigong to release tension throughout the entire body, through the organs, joints, deep tissues and brain. Feelings of pain and suffering are conscously replaced by openness, appreciation and even bliss as the process of opening the body is deepened together with a cultivated practitioner.

    By suffusing the body and mind with release through daily dedicated practice, the practitioner brings the client "along for the ride" as they release as completely as possible and transmit this level of awareness and listening skill to the client as they dissolve together.

    For a Dissolve session, wear comfortable clothing, come hydrated and leave about 2 hours or so between your last meal and our session for maximum comfort. Many positions, lying, sitting or standing are used, so when online, use your communication device and space appropriately for visual and audio clarity!
