Amy's yoga classes combine breathwork (pranayama), postures (asana), and meditation for a deeply relaxing and cleansing yoga practice. We start each class with a breath meditation, and then move into pranayama practice. After a few minutes of focussed breathing, we move through a variety of stretches and postures, designed to loosed the body gently and gradually to enable the body to work more deeply. Each class ends with 10-15 minutes of meditation and relaxation.
