Pow! Town Roller Derby is Powell River's first Women's Flat Track Roller Derby League. Roller derby is a great sport to get in shape, have fun and meet some great people.
The game itself starts with two teams and is played on a rink. Each team has four blockers and one jammer. The jammer is the one that scores the points by passing the opposing team's blockers.
