Wood stoves, fireplaces, chimneys, pellet stoves, wood furnaces, wood/pellet inserts, liners.

Stoves, chimneys, and pellet stoves. We check to see that everything is working as it should.  This type of assessment is not considered an inspection that would work for insurance.

Done from roof down to unit.  We remove creosote and ash from the chimney and cap.  Cleaning out wood burning unit and checking for damage and to ensure good working order. Drop cloths are used to protect surroundings, and high powered vacuums to collect debris.

Inspection by a W.E.T.T. certified person.  Inspections are detailed reports on the condition of your units.  Wood burning units and chimneys must meet certain codes to be used safely.  These come with pictures and are generally used for insurance purposes.
